At the CaixaBank & Kyndryl joint venture, I combined discovery across 15+ teams with requirements, roadmap prioritisation, UX, implementation and rollout of an internal infrastructure portal.
The platform serves 3,000+ employees across 10,000+ virtual machines. Processing fell from roughly two hours to 12 minutes, with an estimated €30,000 in annual operational savings. Onboarding for 40+ engineers supported adoption.

I’m building a B2B AI voice product for restaurants, combining customer discovery and use-case prioritisation with product and technical strategy.
The work includes speech-to-text, language-model and text-to-speech architecture, plus reservation integrations. First restaurant customers in Barcelona and London support early validation and launch planning.
Co-Founder & Head of Product · Aug 2025–Jul 2026
I owned vision, roadmap, UX, specifications and backlog for an app connecting skiers, coordinating backend development from discovery through launch.
Research with 50+ skiers and industry professionals informed an MVP with 50+ beta users, a business model and early resort partnerships. I later sold the application’s commercial exploitation rights.
MSc in Telecommunication Engineering at La Salle, Ramon Llull University; bachelor’s in Telecommunications Technologies and Services Engineering at UPC–ETSETB, with Best Academic Record of the graduating class; IESE Talent Track Program, first edition.
Technical skills include VMware vSphere / vCenter / vRO, REST APIs, Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes and Power BI. Product experience spans discovery, requirements, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and rollout.
